Water views are enjoyed from the expansive second floor deck and west facing bedrooms on the upper floors.
The kitchen is fully equipped with two dual-fuel gas ranges/ovens, Sub-Zero refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, disposal, trash compactor, microwave, toaster and espresso coffee machine! There is ample cooking and eating space in the kitchen and the private three-level patio off the kitchen has a 4-burner gas grill and offers outside dining and relaxing for 10. Cable TV and WiFi are included. There is also a garage, an ample driveway (3+ cars) as well as off-street parking.
The house is available for July, August and September with two-week minimum stays. A truly pleasant and relaxing experience awaits you. The home rents at $6,000. per week for a 2 week minimum.
