Centrally located on Water Street less than two blocks from the harbor, Dodson’s Boat Yard and the Dogwatch Cafe, the house is fully furnished and can accommodate up to 8 guests comfortably in six well appointed bedrooms (1 king, 1 queen, 1 full and 4 twins) and 3-1/2 baths, complete with linens and towels.  Water views are enjoyed from the expansive second floor deck and west facing bedrooms on the upper floors. 

The kitchen is fully equipped with two dual-fuel gas ranges/ovens, Sub-Zero refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, disposal, trash compactor, microwave, toaster and espresso coffee machine!  There is ample cooking and eating space in the kitchen and the private three-level patio off the kitchen has a 4-burner gas grill and offers outside dining and relaxing for 10.  Cable TV and WiFi are included.  There is also a garage, an ample driveway (3+ cars) as well as off-street parking.  

The house is available for July, August and September with two-week minimum stays. A truly pleasant and relaxing experience awaits you.  The home rents at $6,000. per week for a 2 week minimum. Absolutely no pets allowed. Also available to rent for an extended period of time.
