On the other side of the living room a hallway leads to a lovely large Dining Room (28x21) that overlooks the scenic grounds and ocean. This room is highlighted with handsome parquet flooring, a vaulted ceiling and French doors that lead to one of the side terraces. The dining room adjoins a full service Pantry (14x8) that includes a sink, two dishwashers and floor to ceiling china cupboards. Second Floor: The upstairs landing opens to a broad hallway/gallery lined with artwork that leads in both directions to the various guest bedrooms. Immediately at the top of the landing, is the dramatic Master Bedroom Suite (38x20) with its high vaulted ceilings, hardwood floors and large picture windows that take full advantage of the dazzling and panoramic ocean views. French doors from the bedroom open to an exquisite balcony that surveys the entire length of the beach, with Block Island beckoning on one distant horizon, and the Watch Hill Light standing guard on the other. The master bedroom also includes its own spacious dressing room, as well as a large adjoining full bath which includes a separate bath and shower, and two double sinks.

The balance of the second floor incorporates three additional spacious Guest Bedrooms (24x22 and 18x18) all of which include their own private adjoining full baths, ample closet space, hardwood floors and ocean views.

Lower Level: This level, which is partially above grade, includes a large semi-finished heated cellar with a rec room area, a large laundry room, and a three car heated garage.
