On the south side of the living room a short hallway leads to a handsome Library/Den (24x20) that offers a cozy club-like ambience with its rich walnut paneling and trim, hardwood floors, separate bar area and a marble fireplace.

On the other side of the living room a hallway leads to a lovely large Dining Room (28x21) that overlooks the scenic grounds and ocean. This room is highlighted with handsome parquet flooring, a vaulted ceiling and French doors that lead to one of the side terraces.
